Nomination for Best Flickr Photo Of the Year! #openwebawards

Wow, I’ve just discovered I have been nominated for best Flickr Photo of the Year Award on Mashable Open Web Awards!!!
I am trhilled. For several reasons.
1) It’s a wordwide contest.
2) Chosen by “users” and not a jury (means a lot more to me)
3) First nomination ever. (okay, I didn’t compete for awards before!)
4) With an image I like myself a lot. The idea for the image originated some 7 years ago.
5) At least I finish as 5th of the world 😉
Now I need votes ofcourse. Votes are open till December 13th 2009.
